Chris was named President, McCann North America in 2016 after serving as President, McCann New York for the previous 3 years. Chris’s leadership responsibilities span McCann NY, Casanova//McCann, McCann Detroit, twofifteenmccann, McCann Minneapolis and McCann Canada. During his tenure as President of McCann NY, the agency was awarded expanded responsibilities on existing accounts, added significant new business and was honored as an 2016 Ad Age Creativity Innovator Standout while McCann was named #3 on the Advertising Age A-List. Additionally, McCann New York was awarded 25 Lions at the 2016 Cannes Lions Festival, the most of any U.S. agency and #2 in the world.
Earlier, as Chief Executive of McCann London for six years, he led that agency to considerable success in new business, major creative awards and being named one of London’s three best agencies by Campaign magazine. McCann London was also a key member of the McCann Worldgroup team that handled the successful and high profile marketing program for the London 2012 Olympics.

Eric Silver joined McCann in 2015 as Chief Creative Officer, North America. Under his creative leadership, McCann earned the #3 spot on Ad Age’s prestigious Agency A-List and McCann New York was awarded 25 Lions at the 2016 Cannes Lions Festival, the most of any U.S. agency and #2 in the world.
Eric joined McCann from his own agency, Silver + Partners, which appeared frequently in Mashable for its social efforts, and was named to Ad Age’s A-List. Prior to that, Eric served as Executive Creative Director at BBDO where he managed FedEx, Monster and BBC. Work for all three clients was selected to Adweek’s Best of the Decade list.

Co-Chief Creative Officers
Sean and Tom joined McCann New York in 2005 as creative partners and in 2012 were named Co-Chief Creative Officers with creative responsibility for all agency accounts. Under their leadership, McCann NY was named to Advertising Age’s Creative A-List in 2013 and also honored as Agency of the Year by the Art Director’s Club. In 2014, McCann was named as Number One ‘Agency to Watch’ based in part on creative excellence.
Previously, they had been Creative Directors at DDB where they worked on an array of businesses, including Bud Light and cars.com, and helped launch McDonald’s “I’m Loving It” campaign. Their earlier experience covered other food, technology, and retail accounts.
PRESIDENT, XBC AND MANAGING DIRECTOR, McCANN NY
Devika is President of McCannXBC (ExtraBoldCondensed) and Managing Director of McCann New York, a post she assumed in 2016. Devika had previously served as Chief Strategy Officer of McCann XBC and Managing Director of Global Strategy for McCann. As a member of the McCann family since 1997, Devika has been a driving force for many of the agency’s clients across a myriad of categories, including retail, CPG, finance, travel and technology.
Chief Strategy Officer
Steve joined McCann New York in 2012 as Chief Strategy Officer to oversee the strategic direction of the New York agency’s portfolio of client brands. In 2016, he was promoted to Chief Strategy Officer of McCann North America with responsibility for overseeing the strategic direction of McCann key North American clients. A key driver of the agency’s momentum, his responsibilities include ensuring that the agency consistently delivers cross-platform strategic solutions across accounts.
Previously, at Ogilvy & Mather, Steve led global strategy for American Express and Miller Brewing, and earlier held top strategy posts at TBWA/Chiat Day focusing on global spirits, and at SapientNitro where he led key accounts as well as the integration of the technology, digital, and marketing strategy groups.
Chief Financial Officer
In 2013, Eu-Gene joined McCann’s New York agency as its Chief Financial Officer, bringing with her broad experience within the organization having earlier worked at McCann’s parent company, Interpublic Group (IPG) and at Mediabrands, which like McCann is an IPG company.
Eu-Gene also played a key role in setting up Craft Worldwide, a global McCann Worldgroup company specializing in integrated production services. She started her career as a financial analyst at J.P.Morgan.
Chief Digital Officer, McCann North America
Dan Bennett is Chief Digital Officer, McCann North America. Dan joined McCann New York in 2014 as Chief Digital Officer from the digital innovation network, AnalogFolk. His responsibilities at McCann include working with creative and strategic teams across the agency to develop digital platforms, from mobile to web to physical digital elements.
Earlier, as Founder and Managing Director of the New York office of AnalogFolk, he led a range of work, from full brand sites and mobile experiences to digital OOH and short form films. Dan led the agency as they added new clients in apparel, beverage, tourism and sports categories.
Previously, Dan was with JWT as Digital Strategy Director as well as digital lead on clients in the retail, publishing and CPG categories. Prior posts include Director of Digital Accounts at TBWA\Chiat\Day, leading the development of Skittles award winning digital channels. Before moving to New York, Dan was Digital Account Director at M&C Saatchi in London with a focus on integrated brand development.
Neil Frauenglass & Veronica Bertran
Joint Heads of Account Management
Veronica and Neil were named to this joint post in 2013 in addition to continuing their roles as Executive Account Directors. Their responsibilities include: helping ensure that we remain strong leaders of our businesses and an invaluable resource to our clients; that our account management teams have the training and development programs needed to ensure career and business success; that the critical account management function is dynamic and energized, and focused on helping develop great work. Neil and Veronica have led substantial businesses for the agency, including Choice Hotels, Verizon, Cigna and L’Oréal.
Chief Production Officer
An award-winning producer and content director, Nathy joined McCann NY in 2013 with responsibility for broadcast/digital production for the agency’s clients. Additionally, he leads the creation of innovative production and apps, and such online initiatives as Trail View for General Mills.
After starting his career in the NY indie film community, Nathy spent ten years producing some of the world’s most awarded and iconic advertising, including Absolut Films, one of the first examples of integrated branded content, as well as the original Skittles and Starburst campaigns and a 12 episode docu-series that ran nationally on Fox Sports Net for Cellular South.
